Dakwah program management  Among Administrators of  Sekolah Agama Bantuan Kerajaan (SABK) in the State of Johor Still not uniform and program approach differ from one SABK to another. This creates confusions for students and the community. This study aims to identify dakwah management by administrators in the implementation of dakwah program at SABK. The study also wants to identify the role played by administrator in managing the dakwah program at SABK. Finally, the study wants to identify the role that principals should play in managing the dakwah program at SABK. Data using qualitative method. Research data was collected through in-depth interview involving six administrators from several selected SABK secondary schools in the state of Johor.They consist of principals, senior administrative assistants, senior student affairs assistants, senior subject teachers. This study uses a purposive sampling method. The results of the study found that SABK school administrators have a good understanding of managing dakwah programs and play an important role in planning and making decisions, especially the selection of dakwah programs in their respective schools.The administrators also manages the dakwah program as it should be, such as program organized by the Bahagian Pendidikan Islam (BPI) and the program from the Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri (JAIN) according to the routine and experience during the school’s status as Sekolah Agama Rakyat (SAR), but there still no balance in the important aspects of dakwah management. The conclusion of the study shows that the administrators manages the needs of the dakwah programs. The contribution and role played by SABK administrators has an impact in  determining the success of he program dakwah management.
