Furthermore, the sophistication of the new modern equipment used increases the confidence of patients to receive treatment at certain dialysis centres. However, payment conflicts arise throughout the operation of dialysis centres that invite the risk of default if not controlled. This study will identify payment conflicts that exist throughout the operation of the dialysis centre and make judgments according to Islamic law. Therefore, qualitative research is applied through the results of interviews with the parties involved and library studies on survey studies employed by scholars. The results of the study found that payment conflicts throughout dialysis treatment operations in the Johor Bahru district of Johor can be divided into two categories: false payment claims and increased cost of treatment session payments. Therefore, this study suggests that monitoring from the authorities should be carried out regularly according to a periodic schedule and increased awareness of the parties responsible for the operation of dialysis treatment to ensure that any violations in the payment aspect can be best controlled.

Keywords: Dialysis treatment, cost of payment, Muamalat Islam and Islamic law.
2025-10-27T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://majmuah.com/journal/index.php/jmis/article/view/963 The Management of Jamaah Tabligh’s Da’wah in Improving Islamic Education in the Indonesia–Malaysia Border Region 2025-10-27T13:21:10+00:00 Usman Radiana usmanradiana@gmail.com Nani Tursina nani.tursina62@gmail.com Militansina Militansina cmilitansina@gmail.com
Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, organizing, implementation, financing, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of Jamaah Tabligh’s da’wah management in improving Islamic education in the Indonesia–Malaysia border region. The research employs a qualitative approach with a field study method through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that: (1) the planning of Jamaah Tabligh’s da’wah is multilayered, beginning from the central leadership in India, then at the national, and local levels, with deliberation (musyawarah) as the main instrument; (2) organizing is both charismatic and decentralized with collective leadership; (3) implementation is systematically carried out through bayan, ta’lim, musyawarah, and khuruj activities consistently in the border area; (4) financing is derived from members’ self-funding and voluntary community support, in line with a voluntary-based funding model; and (5) supporting factors include clear immigration regulations, mosque networks, and social support, while inhibiting factors consist of economic limitations, community resistance, and strict visa regulations. The study concludes that Jamaah Tabligh’s da’wah management at the border is participatory, flexible, and based on members’ self-reliance. The implication is that this practice can serve as a model of sustainable community da'wah management despite limited resources, while also opening opportunities for further research on evaluation and systematic reporting of da'wah management.
2025-10-27T10:17:54+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://majmuah.com/journal/index.php/jmis/article/view/967 The Da’wah Management of Female Jamaah Tabligh Members In Pontianak City 2025-10-27T10:26:41+00:00 Nani Tursina nani.tursina62@gmail.com Usman Radiana usman.radiana@gmail.com Miltansina Miltansina militansina@gmail.com
This study aims to explore in depth the da'wah activities of female Tabligh Masturoh members in Pontianak City, starting from the planning, implementation, and evaluation aspects. The methodology in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological method and a cross-sectional approach. Informants referred to as data mining are leaders of the Masturoh congregation, Tabligh congregations, and Masturoh. Data collection is based on interviews, observations, and document studies. Detailed data analysis refers to Miles Huberman's analysis, namely Collection, Condensation, Presentation, Conclusion Drawing, and Verification. Data validity uses member checks and triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. The results of the study show that planning and da'wah materials are arranged simply and contextually with the social needs of women, based on the story of Shahabiyah, fadhilah amal, and basic Islamic values. Daily activity planning is carried out with high discipline but flexibly, and is guided by the community and amirah to maintain the direction of da'wah according to guidance. Furthermore, da'wah is carried out periodically (3 days, 15 days, 40 days, up to 2 months) with strict Islamic discipline and accompanied by a mahram (leader). Daily programs include ta'lim qitabi (religious study), bayan (religious recitation), muzakarah (six-characteristic recitation), and tasykil (tasykil), reflecting the balance between worship and self-development. Evaluations have shown increased spirituality, religious awareness, and positive attitude changes among members. Social impacts are also evident in the formation of religious study communities in various regions. Challenges such as limited mobility and community response are overcome through an empathetic, patient, and exemplary approach.

Keywords: Preaching Management, Tabligh Jamaah, Masturoh
2025-10-27T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://majmuah.com/journal/index.php/jmis/article/view/968 The Urgency of Cultivating Environmental Care Character based on Islamisation of Science in Public Universities 2025-10-27T13:09:17+00:00 M.Hasyim Mustamin hasyim@unmul.ac.id Aceng Kosasih acengkosasih@upi.edu Syihabuddin Syihabuddin syihabuddin@upi.edu Kama Abdul Hakam kama.ahakam@upi.edu
This article aims to examine the urgency of cultivating the character of environmental care based on the Islamisation of science in higher education. The importance of cultivating environmental care character based on Islamisation because the emergence of environmental degradation is motivated by philosophical issues rooted in the wrong worldview towards the conception of nature that comes from the ethics of anthropocentrism and secularism. This paradigm not only affects the conception of modern science, but also affects the perspectives of teachers and lecturers who then penetrate into the structure of education, curriculum and teaching in higher education. This research uses a qualitative approach where data collection is through literature study, interviews, document study and observation. The results of the study found that the perspectives of lecturers, curriculum structures, teaching materials and the implementation of learning general courses (science) are more focused on aspects of strengthening technical field competencies that focus on rational-empirical aspects. The formation of ecological awareness that instils environmental care values involving spiritual elements and aspects of the human soul as well as its relationship with the explanation of religious principles in a metaphysical manner is still very minimal. Similarly, the learning of Islamic Religious Education taught by religious lecturers is still indoctrinative, the course syllabus and curriculum are not fully integrated with general disciplines. This research recommends the importance of developing a model of cultivating environmental care character based on Islamisation or integration of science in higher education.

Keywords: Cultivating Character, Environmental Care, Islamisation of Science
2025-10-27T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://majmuah.com/journal/index.php/jmis/article/view/969 Do Green Accounting and Sustainability Reports Matter? Insights from Emerging Market Manufacturing Firms 2025-10-27T13:19:55+00:00 Dini Lestary dinilestary@iainptk.ac.id Verdianti Verdianti verdianti@iainptk.ac.id Davit Ronaldi davitronaldi@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the effect of green accounting and sustainability reporting on the firm value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. A quantitative approach was employed using panel data analysis and purposive sampling of 43 companies, resulting in 129 observations. Green accounting was measured using the PROPER rating, while the sustainability report was assessed based on the GRI-G4 disclosure index covering economic, environmental, and social aspects. The regression results show that both green accounting and sustainability reporting have a significant partial effect on firm value, with p-values of 0.028 and 0.031, respectively. The simultaneous test (F-statistic) also indicates a significant joint effect of the independent variables on firm value. These findings suggest that the integration of sustainability disclosure and green accounting practices provides a positive signal to investors and stakeholders, thereby strengthening the company’s economic value. This research contributes to the advancement of corporate sustainability practices and encourages companies to go beyond compliance by embedding sustainability into their core business strategies.

Keywords: Green Accounting, Sustainability Report, Firm Value
2025-10-27T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
