Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has gravely wounded the world and many sectors have been profoundly affected including Higher Education sector’s. All institutions have been forced to close in response to the rapid spread of the virus. Education landscape also changed from face to face learning to online learning and it is a big challenge to many departments such as managements units and coordinator units. From the points, students and academicians need to prepare and adapt themselves with this new change. There are various platforms provided to implement the process of teaching and learning effectively. One of them is using Microsoft Teams as it is an interactive platform between lecturers and students in terms of many things. The theory used in this process of teaching and learning of Arabic language is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
